BACKGROUND

This is the third of a series of International Workshops on "Embedded Systems, Internet Programming and Industrial IT".
The workshops have been jointly initiated by the Vaasa Polytechnic (see Vaasa 2002), Finland, and Kiel University of Applied Sciences (see Kiel 2003), Germany.

PURPOSE

The idea of the international workshop is to share knowledge and experiences in the areas of Embedded Systems, Internet Programming and Industrial IT.
It is aimed at researchers and developers from academia and industry as well as experienced students working in those areas of specialization.
