It will be held at the
Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra (ISEC)

The ISEC goes back to the Industrial Institute of Coimbra which was founded in 1965. In 1974 the institute was reformed, using since then the name "Instituto Superior de Engenharia Coimbra (Coimbra Institute of Engineering)".
The ISEC became part of the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra (IPC) in 1988, when the IPC (originally established in 1979) was extended through the merger with other institutions in Coimbra.

The population of Coimbra is approximately 144.000, with almost 25% students attending the technical institutions IPC (including ISEC) and the University of Coimbra, which is the oldest university in Portugal and one of the most traditional ones in Europe.
